Perida Events Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in Ravenfest (the “Event”), organised by Perida Events, and your use of the Ravenfest website (the “Website”). By accessing or registering for the Event or using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Registration and Payment

Registration for the Event is required to participate. All details provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

Payment for the Event (if applicable) must be made in full at the time of registration. A confirmed registration email will be sent upon successful payment.

If you do not complete payment or your payment is declined, your registration will be cancelled.
3. Website Use

By accessing the Website, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of the Website or its services.
4. Event Schedule and Changes

The Event will take place on 15th and 16th November 2025 at the Worthing Leisure centre, Shaftesbury Ave, Goring-by-Sea, Worthing BN12 4ET.

We reserve the right to change the Event schedule, location, or format at any time. In the event of significant changes, registered participants will be notified in advance.
5. Refunds and Cancellations

If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued according to our refund policy:

100% refund if cancelled 60 days or more before the event.

50% refund if cancelled up to 60 days before the event.

No refund will be issued if cancelled 15 days or fewer before the event.

We reserve the right to cancel the Event if necessary (e.g., unforeseen circumstances such as weather, government restrictions, etc.). If the Event is cancelled, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to behave respectfully towards all other attendees, staff, and volunteers at the Event. We reserve the right to remove anyone who engages in disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behaviour without refund.
7. Health and Safety

Participants must comply with all health and safety guidelines and regulations in place during the Event, including COVID-19 protocols if applicable.

If you have any medical conditions that might affect your participation, please notify us in advance.
8. Liability and Insurance

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and accept that you are responsible for your own safety and well-being during the Event.

We will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.

You are encouraged to have your own personal insurance for the duration of the Event, if required.
